Relocate from current site residing in the south county on Airport Road Annex. New site selection is located centralized within the county providing efficient staff utilization during elections. Current warehouse location will conflict with new sheriff's district office and consolidated training operations in FY 20-21. Move will enable larger, modern space to accomodate climate controlled secure storage.Latest Updates
Construction Update:
The HVAC condensing unit equipment pads have been formed and poured, while the facilities canopy pad and footers are complete and ready for pouring. Drywall installation is ongoing throughout the facility, with mudding and taping. Site lighting has been installed and the MEPF in-wall rough-in continues to progress, alongside the installation of fire sprinkler piping and HVAC ductwork, which includes the office head units. The trench drain at the bottom of the loading dock ramp is prepped for pouring, and both the canopy footer and loading area pad have been formed and are set for pouring.
